Energising the mind and body

Fundamentally all human beings are collections of vibrating atoms and we are fueled by energy. We have electrical currents running through our body as we know if have ever experienced a static spark.

TFT helps realign energy disruptions and can help bring the body back into a positive energy current.

Many emotional and physical ailments move the body into negative currents and continual negative thought patterns can exacerbate this.

TFT energises the mind and body to create a shift in our current positive energy which helps bring the body back into equilibrium.

Benefits of Thought Field Therapy

TFT is the original “tapping” therapy. Unlike other tapping therapies it was devised by a Dr of Psychology who also had a vast knowledge of Acupuncture and Kinesiology. This combined knowledge formulates specific algorithms that can be applied for various emotional and physical events and conditions.

One size does not fit all, so TFT explores issues for the individual and applies algorithms to shift over or underactive body systems which may cause emotions and physical energy to stagnate. This enables the mind and body to function more freely.

Profile

Sonia is a Thought Field Therapy Algorithm Practitioner and Master Integrated Therapist based on Merseyside, but works remotely anywhere in the word via Zoom or Skype. She is also qualified Master of Biomedical Science and Complementary Therapist.

Her sessions are based on a persons individual needs and she believes that having such a broad knowledge and skill base of science plus mind and body therapies, she is able to truly help clients holistically.
